Spice Up Your Life


I have to switch up some posts this week as yesterday I went home with a terrible headache so a run was out of the question. Let’s just cross our fingers it’s from this drastic weather change and not a sickness I picked up at work! What I did discover yesterday were these Kashi Pumpkin Spice Flax bars. Holy goodness! These will most definitely be part of my pumpkin spice roundup. The taste is very subtle but enough to give you that spice flavor and the pumpkin does not over power the bar. Though I will tell you these are not the healthiest thing I've eaten; they’re about 170 calories per 2 bars.
